Program Overview

This course is an unique and unconventional chance for you to invest in your leadership performance on the job. Your role as a leader, your vision, and your unique leadership style are the main topics of the workshop. During the program, a few models and methods will be explored with you. Through various exercises and games, as well as ways to investigate, encourage, and inspire others, methods for influencing as a leader will be taught and discussed. We will also discuss situational leadership, introducing methodological approaches to support in the development of winning plans.

Methodology

Mini lectures; interactive discussions; case studies; video presentations, group discussions, role play and scenario simulations (in groups); and debriefing sessions will be used to enhance learning, retention and work place application. This training will discuss issues pertaining to effective leadership and management skills and there will be role plays and simulation exercises throughout the training.

This programme will be run in a highly interactive and ‘fun yet serious’ manner to induce ‘active learning’ and make the participants enjoy every moment of the programme.
